On a lighter note, I have tried to carry on with my life as normal, so, last week, instead of saying to my friends Amy and Christina, 'No I can't possibly go out on Sunday, I have a novel to write', I said 'Yes, let's go out for the day'
Yikes! I was thinking privately, but, you know what? I had a great day. We went to Compton Verney to see the Quentin Blake exhibition.(Info here)
It was a beautiful day, and a great time was had by all.

Well, better get back to the novel - Frances has just met Dennis, and all her troubles seem to be over .... or are they?
